1. Full Refund Eligibility

   • If the service was not delivered or was cancelled by us, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Refund Eligibility

   • Clients may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting the cost incurred, if they cancel a service with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.

3. Non-Refundable Services

   • Services that have already been rendered or training programs that have already begun are non-refundable.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of payment. We do not provide rescheduling services.

4. Refund Process

   • To request a refund, please contact us at sumedhatrainingandfacilitation@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days and credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

5. Policy Modifications

   • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future transactions.
