•    If the service was not delivered or was cancelled by us, they may be eligible for full refund.
•    Clients may be eligible for a partial refund deducting the cost incurred if they cancel a service with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.
•    Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of payment. We do not provide rescheduling services.
